It publishes routing information for the Montcalm County Clerk, 64B District Court, Probate Court, and MiCOURT. Court-file access is governed by Michigan Court Rule 8.119, while MCR 1.109 protects specified personal identifiers. Michigan FOIA, MCL 15.231 et seq., is a county public-body records law and does not make a nonpublic judicial file available through this resource.
